Speaker: Dr. Jorge Estrada

Dr. Jorge Estrada is Director of Nutrition at Carthage, where he oversees feeding programs for both the Carthage System and independent pork producers, as well as research efforts through Carthage Innovative Swine Solutions. Originally from Colombia, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Zamorano University in Honduras and later completed his master’s and Ph.D. in swine nutrition at the University of Illinois. His career includes extensive work across Latin America in feed additive technical services and applied nutrition research in collaboration with major U.S. integrators.
