Speaker: Dr. Márcio Gonçalves

Dr. Márcio Gonçalves graduated in Veterinary Medicine from a leading university in Brazil. After working in commercial swine production, he pursued his Ph.D. from Kansas State University in Applied Swine Nutrition.

Upon graduation, he worked as a global swine nutritionist for a major swine genetic company, working with producers from over 20 countries, and has conducted 120 swine-related experiments to date.

Currently, Márcio is the founder and CEO at Wisenetix, with a mission to positively impact the global animal agriculture and crop industries through knowledge dissemination. Since its inception, Wisenetix has expanded from swine to poultry, beef, dairy, aquaculture, companion animals, and crop production, reaching over 300,000 professionals worldwide through its podcasts and media initiatives. In addition to his work with Wisenetix, Márcio remains actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures focused on driving innovation, business growth, and value creation across various industries.
