Upload the current version of your conference presentation so it can be organized in advance for your assigned target-audience room.
Submit your initial presentation before traveling. If you revise it during Thursday’s refinement session, upload the updated version again using the POST label.
Select the target audience assigned to your presentation room.
Use PRE before the refinement session and POST for the revised version afterward.
Bring another copy on your laptop, online storage, or a USB drive.
Use PRE for the presentation submitted by October 13, before your Thursday refinement appointment.
If you make changes during the refinement session, upload the revised file again using POST.
Include your last name, first name, target audience, and presentation version in the filename.
